Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of launchline.pro and the services provided by Launchline ("Launchline," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Specific client engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement we sign together; if those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

2. The services

Launchline designs, builds, and operates websites, client acquisition systems, and business automation for its clients. Descriptions on this site are informational; scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are defined in writing per project.

3. SMS / text messaging terms

If you provide your phone number and expressly opt in on our inquiry form, you consent to receive text messages from Launchline, including conversational and customer-care messages about your inquiry and projects (for example: replies to your questions, scheduling, and project updates) as well as marketing and promotional messages (for example: service offers and updates about Launchline).

• Message frequency varies based on the conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at alex@launchline.pro.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and opt-in data are handled; they are never shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Payments

Project and subscription pricing is agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, one-time fees are due per the project agreement and recurring fees are billed monthly. Cancelling a subscription stops the subscription services; you keep the assets you own (your domain, your website, your data), as described on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables built for them. Launchline retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. The Launchline name, branding, and this site's content belong to Launchline.

6. Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided "as is." We build systems designed to capture and convert leads, but we do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchline's total liability arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services at issue.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always live at this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
